These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Brazosport Plumbing & Heating ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Brazosport Plumbing & Heating provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Brazoria County, Texas, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

Service Area

We serve customers within a 50-mile radius of our Angleton, Texas location. Service availability may vary, and we reserve the right to decline service requests outside our standard service area.

Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability during our business hours (Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
  • We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to the nature of service work
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment

Estimates and Pricing

  • We provide upfront estimates for plumbing work
  • All significant repairs and installations are quoted in writing before work begins
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Additional work discovered during service may require revised estimates and customer approval
  • Prices are subject to change for parts and materials based on supplier costs

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Financing may be available for qualified customers on larger projects
  • Returned checks are subject to applicable fees

Warranties and Guarantees

  • We stand behind our workmanship and will address any issues related to our installation or repair work
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment as specified by the manufacturer
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or acts of nature
  • Warranty claims must be reported promptly

Property Access and Authorization

By scheduling service, you represent that:

  • You are the property owner or have authorization to request plumbing services
  • You authorize our technicians to access the property to perform the requested work
  • You will provide safe access to work areas
  • You will inform us of any known hazards or special conditions

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brazosport Plumbing & Heating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brazosport Plumbing & Heating and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misrepresentation of property authorization.
